SiNERIX and the New Normal

As each week passes we get closer and closer to a relaxing of the COVID-19 lock down rules and many of us are preparing for the world, post-pandemic. It has been a difficult time for most people around the world with stringent restrictions put on travel, working and socialising.

Once the lockdown is fully lifted it is unlikely that things will go back to 'normal' right away; in fact, there is likely to be a significant amount of anxiety around returning to work and socialising for a few months.

As we all look to return to work after this extended period of lock down, we wanted to take a look at what this 'new normal' could look like and what it means to businesses and how our Digital Engagement Cloud can not only help the transition but help you make your work life more efficient, productive and most importantly, flexible.

At SiNERIX we provide the best digital ID verification and onboarding platform on the market. So, if you are looking for new ways to conduct your business, make sure you call us on 0333 335 5176 or email us and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

The New Normal

We are hearing in the media more and more stories of how tech giants and big corporations are looking at trialling new ways of working as we move into the next decade. The lock down has made it very apparent that the traditional Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 working format is out of date and extremely vulnerable to outside influences.

So what is it likely to look like? Recently we have heard that Facebook plans to move towards a more remote workforce for the long-term, while New Zealand's Prime Minister, Jacinda Ardem suggested that a four-day working week might help to boost tourism. It is unclear whether there will be a new standard for the working week or if employers will customise their policies depending on the requirements of their staff.

In Japan in 2019, Microsoft trialled a four day working week which was celebrated as a success in terms of productivity and staff feedback.

With the topic of our 'work-life' balance constantly in the news, this is the perfect opportunity to review and address a new way of working. Allowing people to work remotely not only improves staff morale, but will also enable employers to get the most out of their teams when it comes to productivity.

So how can SiNERIX help?

Our Digital Engagement Cloud is perfectly developed for those organisations that are aiming for a more remote way of conducting their business. Combining four powerful applications our platform makes streamlining our clients' onboarding processes child's play. Integrating directly with existing infrastructure you can verify identities and digitally authorise processes efficiently.

This means fewer non-essential trips between clients and colleagues for authorisation. With SiNERIX, clients can digitally sign, complete and exchange sensitive and time critical documents online and verify identities in real time.

In the past we have seen simple authorisations take weeks to complete, particularly in the property and conveyancing sectors; with SiNERIX these transactions can be completed in minutes, the system can be integrated rapidly and there is no other application on the market as complete or cost-effective.

In a world which will be screaming out for flexibility in the workplace, make sure your business is ready with electronic signature, ID verification and HTML fillable forms.
